Registration for our Spring 2025 season is open! Due to RBJSL deadlines, registration for Travel Soccer and birth years 2012-2016 will close at midnight December 31st. Rec registration for years 2017 and younger will remain open until March 1st. CWYSC committee members, coaches, and volunteers are always needed. The CWYSC is looking to fill the following spots for the 2025 Spring/Fall Season:

• President: Following the Spring 2025 season this position will be open and will need to be filled by August 1st 2025. Anyone interested in this opportunity to lead this club and an incredible group of volunteers will have the support of the two past presidents still serving.
• Registrar: A CWYSC board member position who manages player and coach registrations as well as organizing and entering teams with the RBJSL league. Most tasks can be done by email/PC.
• Recreational League Coordinator: A CWYSC board member position who would organize and communicate to Rec coaches the schedule and rosters for our U6/U8 girls and boys. This person works with the President and committee closely in support of our most important program.
• Travel Game/Field Coordinator: A CWYSC board position, and an admin role for someone who can use programs like Excel to coordinate field assignments and reschedules games with RBJSL teams. Requires attending a few in person meetings a year and most tasks can be done by email/PC.
• Rec and Travel Coaches: Coaching isn't as stressful and demanding as you think, it's incredibly rewarding and fun and makes a huge impact in our kid's lives. We are always looking for more coaches to assist at all levels and our goal is to have (2) or more rec coaches for each team and (3) for travel teams. Please remember that family members or older siblings can volunteer too!
• Field Committee: Looking for volunteers to join our Field Committee and assist with the maintenance of our soccer fields. Primarily prior to the season and as needed throughout, these volunteers will learn how we line fields and maintain our fields for the best playing conditions. Requires no meetings and it is really important to bring new Field Committee volunteers in to keep what we have going and our CW fields constantly improving.
• Fundraising Committee: The Fall Raffle was a huge success and really fun to attend in person. This year we hope to improve on what we started and to add new events to keep our cost to CW families as low as possible while maintaining our fields and equipment at the highest level. To do that we need people with good ideas, time and drive.

Key Notes for Travel Soccer for birth years 2012-2016 (U9-U13):

• Depending on weather: Practice will begin when field conditions permit and Games typically begin the first week of April, lasting for ~6 weeks
• New Travel players will be required to purchase their New Balance uniform (~$100)
• Copy of a birth certificate, player photo, and credit card payment should be on hand at the time of registration
• No evaluations are held for travel teams playing in the spring season unless needed

Key Notes for Recreational Soccer for birth years 2017 and later (U4-U8):

• Rec registration will remain open until March 1st 2025
• Players in this age group take part in our in-house recreational program
• U6 and younger practice 1 day per week, U7 & U8 practice twice per week (practice days/times will be determined by coaches)
• Depending on weather: Practice will begin when field conditions permit and Games typically begin the first week of April, lasting for ~6 weeks
• All games played on Sunday afternoons at our South Sandy Lane Fields (Google Maps S. Sandy Lane)
• All rec players receive their uniform from the club and is included with registration fee
• Copy of a birth certificate & credit card payment should be on hand at the time of registration
